Do you have a storefront?

No, we don’t have a storefront.  All orders are pre-orders.

Do you have any gluten free or vegan treats?

We do not offer any gluten free or vegan products at this time. 

I have a nut allergy.  Can I order nut free products?

We bake all of our treats in the same kitchen. We cannot guarantee that the baking equipment we use has not come in contact with nuts.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

You can pick up your order from our kitchen or have it delivered for a nominal fee. There are no Sunday deliveries.

How many flavors are allowed per order?

Cupcakes are one flavor per dozen. Premium cupcakes are two dozen per flavor. Please visit our menu page for our cupcake flavors.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event that you have to cancel cupcakes/cake(s) order, SCQ will refund 50% of your deposit for orders over $100 and 25% for orders less than $100 if cancellation is received 2 days prior to your event. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.

Does SCQ offer gift certificates?

Yes we do offer gift certificates in $25 increments.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept good ole fashion CASH, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, and PayPal.
